We start our tour in the valley of the Salto River<\/strong>, near the quaint village of Roccaranieri<\/strong> perched on a hill overlooking the valley, just 20 km from Rieti.
\nWe hike for 20 minutes along a trail that follows the edge of the canyon.
\nThe trail winds through a dense forest with lush vegetation, creating a magical atmosphere.
\nEvery now and then, we catch glimpses of the stream and its waterfalls below, teasing us with the adventure that awaits us.
\nWhen we reach a clearing in the woods, we put on our equipment and get a briefing on how to safely enjoy the canyon.
\nWe begin with the grand waterfall<\/strong>, the tallest and most spectacular one, which plunges 27 meters<\/strong> and gives us a thrilling experience.
\nAfter that, we encounter more amazing waterfalls of different heights, each with its own unique shape and water feature.
\nAs we walk along this route, we are amazed by the incredible paths that the water has carved into the rock, by the vibrant and abundant vegetation that makes us feel like we are in a tropical forest.
\nAnd then there are the many pools of clear and cool water that make this canyoning day truly unforgettable!<\/p>\n

\n\u2013 towel or bathrobe
\n<\/span><\/span>\u2013 a complete change of clothes, including shoes, to be left in the car
