Discover the equipment that will be provided to you to go canyoning with us

Here you find a list of what you will have to bring with you

River Walking is becoming more and more popular among all outdoor enthusiasts, an activity for those who love to enjoy a day immersed in the amazing and exciting nature of the gorges and canyons. River Walking is easy and fun. Equipped with neoprene wetsuits and protective helmets, you walk along the riverbed. Sometimes you let yourself be carried away by the current, making small slides called toboggans. Sometimes you can try your hand at easy and fun dives and swimming for short stretches in natural pools. Unlike canyoning, there are no rope descents or challenging passages. In short, River Walking is an activity open to everyone, including children and teenagers. The only requirement is to love nature, adventure and want to discover magical, secret and beautiful places.

We will walk and swim between narrow rock walls, a long corridor carved into the smooth rock and shaped by the flow of water.

Over the years we have tested and selected specific manufacturers and materials to always offer the best!
We pay great attention to the equipment both for the high safety guarantees and to ensure maximum comfort for participants.
During all our river walking tours you will be provided with all the equipment you will need for the experience.

    • Neoprene wetsuit 5 mm

Wearing a wetsuit does not protect us from water, but from the cold, helping us to keep our body temperature at optimal levels. We use 2-piece wetsuits, jacket and dungarees, created specifically for canyoning; with reinforcements at the points of greatest abrasion and more elastic areas that allow better movement. The jackets come with a hood that can be worn if you are particularly cold.

    • Neoprene socks 3 mm

Neoprene socks have the same use as regular socks. They are worn under the wetsuit and inside the shoes, they serve to protect our body from the cold.

    • Helmet

They are composed of a rigid shell that protects the head from any bumps and stones that can fall from above. They are adjustable for all heads, through a simple and quick sliding adjustment system. Many of our helmets are already equipped with action camera mounts!

Here are the few simple things to bring when you come canyoning with us!
Some, such as plastic bags to store wet clothes, are simple tips, others, such as shoes to wear, are important to tackle canyoning with peace of mind.
If you have any doubts or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    • Swimsuit

To be used under the wetsuit, we recommend not to wear too loose costumes (such as shorts) to facilitate when you have to put on the wetsuit. It is also possible to wear tight shorts.

    • T-shirt

We recommend that you always wear a t-shirt, even under your wetsuit, preferably a technical shirt that can be long-sleeved on days with particularly low temperatures.

    • Hiking or sneakers

Shoes are important, to ensure a good grip during the activity. High hiking boots that also protect the ankle are excellent, sneakers with a good sculpted sole are also fine. Absolutely to be avoided by diving shoes!

    • Towel or bathrobe

We will need it at the end of the activity, when, having removed the wetsuit, we will have to dry off and change wet clothes.

    • Complete change of clothes

At the end of the activity, after drying off, we will need a complete change of clothes to be able to get dressed and go home.

    • Bottle of water

A half-liter bottle per person is usually enough. We recommend disposable plastic ones to prevent thermos or other rigid material from breaking. Good hydration is essential when exercising, especially in summer when temperatures are high.

    • Energy Bars

It might be a good idea to bring one or more energy bars to refresh yourself during the activity. Keep in mind that everything you bring into the gorge gets wet, so the bars must also be sealed.

    • Plastic bags

It sounds like silly advice, but it's handy to have one or more plastic bags where you can store wet clothes and shoes that would otherwise drip into the car.
