Hidden among the wildest and most mysterious folds of the Valnerina, this canyon shelters one of the most thrilling and spectacular routes in the entire valley. But those who choose to take it on are rewarded with a crescendo of adrenaline, wonder, and pure fun.

The adventure begins right away, after putting on the wetsuit and receiving a short briefing. You immediately find yourself immersed in the narrowest and deepest section of the gorge, where the rock walls seem to close in around the stream and the sound of the water becomes the heartbeat of the canyon itself. Here, the route unfolds through a succession of natural slides, small jumps, and passages carved by water over thousands of years. Every meter is a discovery, every bend an invitation to let go.

Then comes the highlight: the impressive 30‑meter waterfall. Majestic, elegant, hypnotic. You descend it on a rope, suspended between sky and water, while the roar of the cascade fills the air. Beyond the waterfall, the valley gradually opens up, letting in more light and revealing a landscape that is wider yet no less captivating. Moss-covered rocks, crystal-clear pools, and the constant dialogue of flowing water accompany every step.

– swimsuit
– a T‑shirt (preferably a thermal one) or a long‑sleeve thermal top during the colder months
– hiking boots or sneakers (no diving shoes or sandals)
– towel or bathrobe
– a complete change of clothes, including shoes, to be left in the car
– one or more plastic bags to put wet clothes and shoes

– a small bottle of water (1/2 liter)
– energy bars
